Support OHIO Design

Based in San Francisco, CA, we create handmade furniture made of wood and steel. Affordable, world-class furniture with a commitment to honesty in design, materials, and craftsmanship.

Sustainability is at our core. We take pride in using only domestic raw materials with no plastic and harmful materials. We also transform interesting materials, including salvaged pieces and quirky wood grains, into new and beautiful furnishings.

Each furniture piece tells a story, celebrating the natural characteristics of the materials. Each one is customized and we even give names of the product by the first customer who ordered it.

We work closely with local businesses allowing us to give back to the community. Since we operate in the heart of San Francisco and we deliver in Bay Area, we cut down CO2 emission, middleman, and the shipping costs.

At OHIO, we value raw materials, the finished piece, the home it adorns, the people who make it, and the people who use it. The entire crafting process is integral to who we are.

Whether it's a small residential project or a large commercial endeavor, our pieces are made to be lived on, with, and around – supporting the unique personality of each space. Our furniture pieces are made to last a lifetime, and passed from one generation to another.

As many of you know, COVID brought challenges, but our mission stands strong. We need your help now more than ever to bounce back.

You can help us:

  1. Through collaborations and in that case you can write us at hello@ohiodesign.com

  2. Through donation on https://ohiodesign.betterworld.org/donate

  3. Through investment, and in this case you can contact David directly on david@ohiodesign.com

Our goal is clear: to bring beautifully designed, sustainable, locally-produced pieces into every home and workplace.

Your support makes a difference. Together, let's revitalize not just a business, but a community dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Thank you for being part of our journey.
