- What kind of delivery method do we use?
- Locally in San Francisco we use small delivery companies. Delivery on the West Coast takes about a week. For Mid-america and the East Coast deliveries we generally ship with Plycon Vanlines. Delivery to these location takes 10-14 working days from pickup from our shop. We ship entirely blanket wrap at this time. (this saves on packing materials). White glove service is also available
- How does payment work?
- An order is placed as soon as we’ve received the full payment via check or bank transfer. On orders over $5000, we require a 50% deposit to begin the order and the balance to be paid in full prior to shipment.
